Cannot delete print jobs on the PC

I received a call from a client who was frustrated because he could not print a PDF file on a Windows XP running on Parallels 5 for the Mac. He could print just fine from any program on the Mac, but the PC side showed a number of documents in the queue (even though the printer showed 0 documents). I attempted to empty the queue, but it would display an error and nothing happened.
I stopped and started the printer spooler service, and deleted the files in the spooler directory (C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS\) but the files where showing.
Then, I remember the Mac was sharing the printer via Bonjour. So a quick check on Cups solved the dilemma:
On the Mac, go to
http://localhost:631/jobs/ to display all the pending jobs.
If you have more than one printer, go to
http://localhost:631/printers/ and then click on the printer name to see the jobs
You can also check the error logs at
http://localhost:631/logs/error_log
